Utilising MS Teams, delegates will join live technical CII support workshops. These sessions break down complex topics, guide exam preparation, and offer tailored study strategies, while providing motivation and industry insight.

Each CII unit has a dedicated learning pathway, which has been specially built to provide comprehensive support on insurance specific topics. Our platform is fully compatible with mobile / tablet devices, supporting on demand learning.
Ask the CII Expert forum
All delegates have access to our Ask the CII Expert forum where questions relating to CII units can be asked and answered within 48 hours by one of our CII tutors. Our tutors also host live broadcasts on insurance topics each month to support with complex elements.
CII study resources
Our Study Solutions pathways include a variety of learning activities from eLearning, articles, videos and podcasts to chapter revision slides and quizzes, exams tips and mock exams. All designed by our CII curriculum experts to support successful achievement of the qualification.

All delegates have a dedicated industry expert coach to support them throughout their learning journey, aiding their learning, supporting their development and keeping them on track for successful completion of their Certificate in Insurance.

CII study materials, Exams and Assignment vouchers
As part of our Certificate in insurance Academy, we will arrange your delegates’ CII study materials and exam vouchers. Our pricing is based on CII non-member rates, so delegates do not need to be registered CII members in advance.
Any exam resits, are not included and must be paid separately by either the delegate or their employer.
