As part of our Certificate in Insurance Academy, we manage all CII study materials and exam vouchers on your behalf. Pricing is based on CII member rates, meaning employees will need to be registered members in advance.
Exam resits are not included and can be arranged separately if required.
Each CII module within the Certificate is supported by a dedicated learning pathway, expertly designed to build knowledge across core insurance topics. With full mobile and tablet compatibility, employees can access their learning on demand whenever and wherever it suits them.
Delivered via Microsoft Teams, employees attend live, tutor-led CII support workshops. These sessions simplify complex topics, strengthen exam preparation, and provide tailored study strategies, alongside valuable industry insight and motivation.
Each employee is assigned a dedicated industry expert coach to support them throughout their learning journey, helping to build knowledge, guide development, and keep them on track for successful completion of their Certificate in Insurance.
To set your employees up for success at the start of their qualification journey, we provide additional support for their first CII module (IF1 or LM1) through our BTS Study Guide. Designed as a full replacement for the CII textbook, it features clear, structured explanations supported by visuals, along with exam‑relevant activities, end‑of‑chapter questions, and a full mock exam.
Employees also benefit from access to BTS Study Buddy (for IF1 or LM1), our exam practice app, offering timed, exam‑standard questions, instant feedback, and progress tracking to build confidence from the outset.
Our Study Solutions pathways combine a range of engaging learning activities, including eLearning, articles, videos, podcasts, revision slides, quizzes, exam tips, and mock exams. All content is designed by our CII curriculum experts to support employees in building knowledge, reinforcing understanding, and achieving qualification success.
All employees have access to our Ask the CII Expert forum, where questions on CII units are answered by our expert tutors within 48 hours. This provides ongoing, personalised support to help learners overcome challenges, clarify complex topics, and maintain momentum throughout their learning journey.
Our Study Guides and Study Buddy App are available for a wider range of modules beyond IF1 and LM1. If you would like to include these for additional modules as part of your Certificate in Insurance Academy, we can tailor your programme to meet these requirements.
For employees requiring additional support, whether in the lead-up to exams, following a deferred success, or due to specific learning needs, our expert tutors can provide one-to-one support. These sessions can be booked as needed to offer targeted guidance at the point it matters most.
