Who is this programme for?

Advisers offer specialist financial advice, build long-term client relationships, and operate in a highly regulated environment requiring professional qualifications, ethical conduct, and ongoing development. Completion provides the qualifications and competence needed to progress into a Financial Adviser role.

This apprenticeship is ideal for those already working in Financial Services who want to become regulated Financial Advisers. It also supports graduate development programmes.

How does Davies deliver?

Apprentices gain in-depth knowledge across key areas including insurance, risk, client needs, personal taxation, allowances, investment planning, asset classes, suitability, pension schemes, and retirement planning. They apply this learning through holistic financial planning and real-world client case studies, building the technical and analytical skills needed to deliver high-quality advice.

The learning is wrapped around and incorporates daily work, this is supplemented by ‘off the job’ development, which on average accounts for 7 hours per week (completed within paid time). Access to all of our training content is via our digital platforms enabling 100% remote delivery.
