Responsibilities & Regulation
Programme content features: Regulation and ethics in the insurance market, good faith, disclosure & proximate cause, contribution, subrogation and the legal and regulatory environment.
Week 5 & 6
Specialist pathway choice: Claims, Broking or Underwriting
Claims content features: Legal & insurance principles of good faith, insurable interest, the claims process, and the impact of claims practices & agreements.
Broking content features: Legal & insurance principles of good faith, insurable interest, conducting successful meetings, delivering a presentation, and the impact of broking practices & agreements.
Underwriting content features: Legal & insurance principles of good faith, insurable interest, critical thinking, and the impact of underwriting practices & agreements.
