Account Executive – HNW & Estates
Location: Godalming, Surrey
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Account Executive to support our Divisional Director in managing a diverse book of rural commercial business clients. This role focuses on mid-range policies ranging from £10k to £50k. You will also be expected to develop and grow your own book of business, with the opportunity to bring over existing clients (subject to non-compete clauses).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW & Rural insurance clients, including farms, estates, dealerships, and other rural businesses.
- Support the Director with their existing book, focusing on lower-value policies.
- Develop new business opportunities and build a personal book of clients.
- Attend client meetings across the southern region—travel is a key part of the role.
- Maintain high standards of client service and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal Account Handlers and Executives to ensure smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in rural insurance, with proven Account Executive experience.
- Qualifications: Cert CII qualified (essential), on journey towards DIP.
- Skills: Strong business development track record, excellent interpersonal skills, and a collaborative mindset.
- Other Requirements: Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
