A leading Specialist Lender of Consumer Finance is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Collections Agent to join our growing Customer Care team.

About the Role:
In this important role, you’ll play a key role in assisting customers facing payment difficulties. You’ll work collaboratively with customers to develop personalized payment plans and ensure collections activities adhere to company policies and regulations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively reach out to customers with outstanding balances.
  • Listen empathetically to customer concerns and identify the root cause of payment issues.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop realistic and sustainable payment plans.
  • Clearly communicate collection policies and procedures in a professional manner.
  • Negotiate and secure timely payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Process payments and update customer accounts accurately.
  • Document all customer interactions and adhere to strict data protection regulations.
