What You’ll Do
- Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic customer service across all interactions.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, including queries, complaints, and payment arrangements.
- Manage arrears and repossessions on Hire Purchase agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records and manage customer expectations effectively.
- Work towards agreed performance targets and objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems.
- Previous experience in customer service or collections environment.
- Problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
- Knowledge of CCA, SOGA, and FCA regulations (desirable).
