What You’ll Do

  • Provide accurate, professional, and empathetic customer service across all interactions.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, including queries, complaints, and payment arrangements.
  • Manage arrears and repossessions on Hire Purchase agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain detailed records and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Work towards agreed performance targets and objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident with technology and quick to learn new systems.
  • Previous experience in customer service or collections environment.
  • Problem-solving ability and resilience under pressure.
  • Knowledge of CCA, SOGA, and FCA regulations (desirable).
