What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate the EP Grant & Validation (EPG) Team.
  • Manage workload, priorities, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise and mentor team members, ensuring high standards of training and process documentation.
  • Monitor deadlines, inboxes, and internal reminders.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Handle EPG-specific tasks such as:
    • Processing grant stage communications.
    • Preparing cost estimates and validation instructions (including Unitary Patent).
    • Managing translations and authorizations.
    • Filing validations and address-for-service documents.
    • Overseeing revalidations.

 
What We’re Looking For

  • Intellectual Property formalities experience, ideally with European patents.
  • Proven ability to manage workload and support a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent literacy skills.
  • Confident communicator, experienced in engaging with stakeholders of any seniority.
