We are seeking a Pensions Customer Support Agent to join a leading Life & Pensions business on a 6-month contract. This role involves managing and processing customer requests across various pension services, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling pension-related requests, including valuations, contributions, and bereavements
  • Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Providing exceptional customer support and resolving queries
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies


Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in pensions administration or financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
