Our client, an ambitious FTSE-listed financial services firm are looking to appoint a Management Accountant to manage the preparation of clear, accurate and timely management information (actual, budget, forecast) in relation to the group’s remuneration schemes.
This key role will:
- Manage the forecast/actual/budgeted costs relating to all group remuneration schemes.
- Manage the forecast/actual/budgeted costs relating to all group share-based payment schemes.
- Clearly articulate key variances relating to remuneration and SBP at both a group and entity level.
- Maintain an effective control environment around IM team structures within the Finance environment.
- Partner with department heads, reward team, payroll, cosec, IM’s and distribution team on matters relevant to remuneration.
- Involvement in the production, review and distribution of IM P&L’s, new business scheme statements and distribution team commission statements.
- Partner with IM’s on queries relating to IM P&L’s new business scheme statements and distribution team commission statements.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with demonstrable experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting; possess the ability to consolidate and present information and analysis in an effective, digestible, and timely manner; be able to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
