Are you a qualified accountant with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for people-focused finance? We’re looking for a Management Accountant to take ownership of remuneration-related reporting and analysis across a dynamic and values-driven financial services group.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in managing and delivering accurate, insightful financial information related to the group’s remuneration and share-based payment schemes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across finance, reward, payroll, and distribution to ensure clarity, control, and collaboration in all things remuneration.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the preparation of actuals, budgets, and forecasts for all group remuneration and share-based payment schemes.
- Analysing and clearly articulating key variances at both group and entity levels.
- Maintaining robust controls around Investment Management (IM) team structures.
- Partnering with department heads and teams across the business to support remuneration-related queries and reporting.
- Supporting the production and review of IM P&Ls, new business scheme statements, and distribution commission statements.
- Contributing to the group and entity audit process.
What You’ll Bring
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who can explain complex financial data clearly.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Awareness of industry developments, emerging risks, and regulatory changes.
